try raising ur leg with a small chair when u sit and use pillow to lift ur leg a little when u lay on bed so blood will circulate well to ur legs

@everfaithful have you tried massaging it? And reduce the stress you put on it i.e if you are a wakabout now is the time to chill . Pele dear, it is well. I noticed that I get those muscle pulls when I go up and down the stairs too much in one day.

. Team mate I use pregna care but my doc say I should stop it for now that's it is too early maybe because of my history but for my first baby I started as early as now and I used it through out. Me I did not listen. Oh I still use it when I am weak.

I got scared when my collegue at work was rubbing it with balm for me and 2 mummy's entered and warn us not to try such again that it is likely that my baby has moved to my tigh thus making it difficult for me to work and that i should manage til the baby leaves there,that rubbing might cause deformity.
This is y i came here to my e-family to get support and advice bcs i dont bliv such superstitn.

Thank u my team mate.I waka too much on friday truely and since then d leg has not been mine. and Yes ive been massaging it since then until yesterday that 2 women got me scared at wort that it is wrong that it is likely my baby has move to my tigh and can cause deformity if i continue rubbing it like that. I say make i kuku come complain 4 here and here una views bfor dem finish me with superstitns.
Ive reduced my stress and wakawaka to d bearest minimum.

get ori and beg dh to massage for u e go relieve u small,wen I was preggies mine was both hands and both legs.the pain stopped when my LO came out pele

@Mbula, as my able Snrs will always say; its part of the package, enjoy it while it lasts.
You can find relieve with massages or heatpads with bedrest or rest in general.
The pain is as a result of your enlarging uterus pressing on a nerve that affects the lower back, leg and buttocks.
The pain may pass as the baby changes position or it may linger till you deliver.
