I will prefer that the beans is either soaked for a few hours and washed properly or boiled for 6minutes and washed to take off the coat (skin) which causes bloating and messing

My own take on Ewa Agoyin Britt style


Receipe Ingriedients :
Brown beans ( oloyin beans)
An onions
Pepper
Tomatoes (blend with pepper n onions)
Plantain
Palm oil
Vegetable oil ( for plantain)
Cray fish
Seasoning n spicies ( maggie , knorr , etc)
Chilli pepper dry grounded one
Water
Salt to taste if needed

That is exactly what I'm cooking ryh now... Although I love mine with prawns. Gives it a special taste, and makes it look playful like isam in native soup.

those ppl are just mad jare, I even gave them 2k before they allow me to carry the alcoholic drinks I bought for my boss. they nearly wanted to seize all my food when I refused to give them money.
Thank God for my mum that followed me o na she help me dey scope them because me just they do strong head. they finally leave everything when I gv them 2k except the palm oil. the thing pain me gan ni.
