Do you know what a pyramid scheme is?

Yes i perfectly do.

Some people have argued that all mlm programs are pyramid but this is not true.

A pyramid is a network structure that selfishly leverage on the efforts of referrals in such a way that no matter how hard working they are, they will never ever earn more than the person who enrolled them.

So lets look at the golden circle system.

-I enroll with 54 euro with a form i get from my sponsor and i give him/her 18euro in local currency equivalent.

-I get 3 friends to sign up and i get back my initial invested 54euro in full.

So will this make me earn more than the 3 people i just enrolled?NO.

You may sign up 3 people and each of these 3 may sign up 1 person each while that 1 person may sign up 3 people and the 3 sign up complete 3 people each and this automatically earns him more money than you.

See friend, networking is like sowing and reaping but the idea is to have a reasonable harvest.

Some people think that every3 you get will get 3 and it goes on and on like that but this will likely never happen but the idea is that no matter how random your growth may be, within a year you would have earned something worthwhile to do something reasonable and that is the aim.

I am sure you know your success depends much on the number of converts
you get because those who concentrate more on just selling drugs runs out of
business at the end of the day.

From economics point of view, businesses that depend on convert are called pyramid scheme
they are unsustainable since the number of converts is finite.
bros network marketing aint pyramid scheme...
its those that are into ponzi scheme dt use dat ish...

Yes thats what it feels like from afar but when you understand it you will realize that they are very far from pyramid.

Just like the explanation i made on my signature page, many people think they will actually have their growth so smooth like

3
9
27
81
243
729
2187

Meanwhile for the first year after joining it may actually never go beyond

2
3
5
20
50
100
300

But you know the good news, even with your growth as poor as the second illustration, within a year you could still earn over 3000euro out of the expected 25,000euro plus so please tell me if 4,000euro is not good enough for any reasonable person to plan a goos investment with.

Nigerians need enlightenment.

Do you know that in 1998 when we were marketing GNLD some Nigerians called it end time business? LOL! honestly Nigerians ned to understand so many stuffs about MLM. Its never a make money quick thing but it takes time for you to grow.

While in United states, people grow in GNLD to a diamond level in 20years but in Nigeria they want to get there in 1 year habba.

I appreciate your insight but next time i will advice you ask questions rather than jump into bias and baseless conclusion.

Before i shed more light lets look at what Ponzi means;Ponzi is another name for pyramid scheme and what exactly is a pyramid?

A pyramid is a mode of business where no matter how hardworking your down-lines are, they can never earn more than you.

In GNLD,TIANSHI.TASLY.VMAX,FOREEVER LIVING and many more we wil agree that the modus operandi is to register with a certain amount and then buy products to accumulate a certain volume in order to qualify you for a growth and to facilitate your growth you will need to sign up people who will also buy product and continue the chain. So just as you asked as illustrated above in bold letterings i ask the same from you "What after registering in gnld and the likes you have no money to buy products or have the ability to sign up new people?" i guess your money is also gone with the wind shey?

Let me educate you dude, the program on my signature does not involve buying and selling of products but its simply a global cooperative scheme where people come together to make voluntary donations to others and your 54euro was never paid in vain because you actually made 6 people richer by 3 and 10 euro reespectively and i do not think if you give out 54euro voluntarily to help people you will say you lost your money unlike other mlms that you use huge money to register and get stocked due to lack of money to purchase products that you dont really need.

Are you conversant with esusu? thrift where a number of people come together to contribute money on a periodic basis for the aim of enriching each other so please see this 54euro program as the same and please check the screen shots to see what i have earned so far.

If you don't understand stuffs please ask rather than hastily jump into baseless and unfounded bias conclusion and in that way you will learn more in life. Peace.

And I repeat, the business you introduced here is a first degree illegal PONZI SCHEME!
You can't compare isusu to your's in any way. In Isusu thrift, everybody collects the SAME amount saved, at the end of the whole cycle, and nobody is under obligation to sign up other contributors as a pre-requisite to earning anything.
I asked you, what happens to my money if I don't get 3 more people to sign up?
I have personally done tons of MLM/Ponzi/Wonder banks investments. I have earned money as much as I've lost in all of them, and I tell you, it is what it is.
Any non-money market investment where you just pay in more and had to rely on recruiting other people to do the same, with no value proposition in terms of product or service delivered in order to keep the wheels rolling is a PONZI SCHEME

You just missed it again and apparently you don't even have a clue of what a PONZI is so save yourself the embarrassment of hammering on that word.i would really advice that you get a little bit more articulate when you write and les confrontational.

Nobody is pointing a gun at you to sign up and its basically your choice but when you write to counter an issue do so rationally and intellectually.

Having written all these i will still want you to know that it is not what you think at all and just like in every business even in the regular business, you can never remove the risk factor but you kept hammering on the reverse possibility which of-course applies to every thing including life.

In any form of investment we embark upon there is always the risk factor.

People borrow money in banks to invest and they lose all the money.

People open up shops and outlets just to close up latter

In-fact life itself is risk so you hammering on the fact that what if you don't get anyone is not only retrogressive but very pessimistic and negative. And the best response is if you aree the type with the mindset that you can never even refer at least one person PLEASE KEEP OFF OK.

People who have a positive mentality take risk and they are ok with it. As an online fx expert i have sen people invest good money and they lost it due to personal errors so please stop bothering me about this rhetorical question of what if you dont get anyone to sign up.

You go out to look for a job and i wonder why not sit at home because what is the possibility that you will get a job even if you trek the whole country.

Dude i can not continue to argue ceaselessly, people who have excelled in life don't ask retrogressive questions, they make a move. When i joined i saw an opportunity and i did not waste my time asking negative questions.

If you join with 54euro and you are unable to refer anyone at least to get 1/3,2/3 ore all your 54euro back then you have successfully donated 54euro into the lives of 7people and if you are not philanthropic enough to have that mindset,i repeat, please keep off.

People who even gamble or play lotto do so with a positive mindset even when they know they may lose how much more a program that is neither gambling or try your luck so my brother abeg,if you are negative about your ability to sign up at least one person just forget about it.

And lastly YES it is indeed a cooperative program designed in another mode and not necessarily have to follow the conventional thrift you know. That is called innovation.

What is a Ponzi or pyramid scheme?

Scam in which gullible public is enticed with the promise of very high returns in a very short time, but is based on paying off the early 'investors' from the cash from (hopefully ever increasing number of) new 'investors.' The whole structure collapses when the cash outflow exceeds the cash inflow. The originators of the scheme, however, usually disappear with large sums a few days before the crash. Named after Charles Ponzi (1882-1949), an Italian immigrant to the US who, during 1919-20 collected more than fifteen million dollars from some 40,000 eager people by promising to double their investment in 90 days.

Ok with what i have written up there lets compare what i have with what PONZI is.

1. Scam in which gullible public is enticed:This program does not entice anyone but is made known before they ever sign up that it is a voluntary donation to some set of 7 people and as soon as you do that you will be added to the list and you are also expected to get the same gesture from willing people without been cajoled or enticed.

2.promise of very high returns in a very short time: This program does not in anyway promise anyone that they will make high returns within a short period of time but it is simply based on the outcome of their network activities such as we also have in GNLD and others.others. Infact it could take years to earn 25,000euro from a single entry.

3.but is based on paying off the early 'investors' from the cash from (hopefully ever increasing number of) new 'investors:Every business is about the people and the more people that patronize a product or service the more money the company is expected to make.Even where you work(Assuming) how do you think your company pays you? apparently not from the money they have saved up but from profits made by the patronage of people and more people.

4.The whole structure collapses when the cash outflow exceeds the cash inflow: This part is even interesting because in this program, the cash inflow is super balanced with the cash outflow and that is why it is still existing after 30years of operation.

5.The originators of the scheme, however, usually disappear with large sums a few days before the crash.:LOL1 Now i know where your idea that all network business is a ponzi because you are so used to osigbo osigbo where you pay 10k and you get 20k kalokalo.Unfortunately in this golden circle system, your donations goes directly to the members and all the company get is 11euro from the entire 54euro for their admin cost so if it ever happens that they disappear, they will only do that with their money and not a dime of members money will go with them.

6.an Italian immigrant to the US who, during 1919-20 collected more than fifteen million dollars from some 40,000 eager people by promising to double their investment in 90 days: Now you know what ponzi means..Drop your money.do nothing, cme back and collect profit.Tarrrr

I believe that my intelligent illustration has proved to you beyond any doubt that what i am advertising on Africa largest and one of the most reespected forum is neither a scam nor a ponzi/pyramid.

So if you are interested, visit their site, mail them to ask any question and get on board but its not a make money quick thing as i have written many times but a true, tested and realistic way of earning passive income.

Thank you and clap for me because its not easy to be intelligent and articulate.

I'm just doing this to warn the public to beware of the snake oil merchants. You can keep on writing volumes of your marketing pitch. It changes nada.
