Where a friend works, the proprietor does same in order to avoid paying August salary. He'll tell you though that you'll be confirmed by the next session. You should have been informed earlier.

Supervisory head? Why not take it up with the school head? Even "kereje" schools pay August salary whether confirmed or not. Check your appointment letter if there is anything of such. This is a serious matter!
