you can both go to court or church to get married. No spending. Just you and your girlfriend. She is aware of your situation and still wants to marry you. Do it the easy way and cheap way.

She will come to live with you and maybe you can work/ find jobs together.

The only advice i have is for you not to have kids until you are financially stable. You dont want to bring your kid into this world to suffer.
