If you are an itel user and you are still experiencing lags and malfunctions, d solution is here. You have to first root your itel phone. The best rooting app for itel is kingroot. Use kingroot and make sure ur phone has been rooted. Wen ur fone has been rooted, u will see a kinguser app installed and ur phone might restart. Step 2. U have to download ES file explorer but if u have it already, then no worries. U can also use other recognized file explorers. Step 3. Open d file explorer and search for d system apps on ur device. Googleplay takes lots of ram and its better to freeze it by renaming it as "Googleplay.apk.bzw" or u might see "com.android.vending.apk" then add .bzw to it. It will freeze automatically and u won't see it anymore on ur screen. It won't use RAM anymore. U can do dat to other system apps but if d system app is important to u, u can download another one to replace it e.g dialerone app consumes less RAM and so it can replace the dialer app dat came with d device. All dis Will boost ur phone speed. If u av any question, feel free to ask.

Actually I gat one , it doesn't lags-- rooted.. but its problem is its contacts-- Shows for few mins, then it's gone.

its cos of d RAM. download dialerone app. after installing the app, freeze d original app that u were using for dialling numbers. go n rename d app and add .bzw to it. it will then b frozen.

There are so many apps out there free and paid you can use for this. example titanium backup. Don't freeze any app you don't know its function.
