You can Only get a Uk or American Used at that rate.
I have America used laptops with higher configuration @ reasonable Prices

If your are willing to go for 10.1inches you can get a laptop of 2gb ram and 250hdd at that price range. But if you insist on 14inches, then you have to step up ur budget.
