Ibhave posted this on my Facebook, and got thousands of reaction, I am preparing to get it on YouTube and other media platforms. I think this kind of Journalism is bad for Nigeria and am preparing my evidence and facts to challenge this case in court. I will pray that the court brings down Sahara reporters from the web and block their passage to dissemination of this violence culpable reporting.

The first 1.1 student of law in the university of ilorin was about 2 years ago, like 2013 or so, that dude is a bloody liar. It was celebrated when the guy(a muslim) graduated with first class as the first to have done that since the inception of the department.

A typical first class graduate from a collapsed Nigeria university system!! First, your "first class" degree doesn't give you courtroom skills and expertise in procedural law. Some of the best lawyers in Nigeria never made first class. Secondly, advertising the class of your degree in your post doesn't have any relationship with your intended action, except that you just want a feelings of importance which emanates from habitual pride. Thirdly, your understanding of media law is embarrassingly defective and brings to question, your advertised qualifications, knowledge and experience. You don't even have the locus to sue because you haven't been able to establish how you have been personally affected negatively or libel by Sahara reporter. Me think you are on a futile flight of fancy and fruitless publicity stunt. My take: find something more useful to do with your colourless life; come back home and take up a job in a law firm. You will learn the rudiments of procedural law, jurisprudential thinking and serious litigation. You are not getting younger, stop this self-deciet and hallucinations.

It was announced on our convocation that unilorin just produced her first first class law graduate. Where the hell in unilorin did u got urs!!!! . I doubt the credentials you are touting. Your writing does not say alot for the distinction you claim to have. Plus it is unnecessary to upload your entire cv here to us just to prove you are capable of suing Sahara reporters, any charge and bail lawyer can do that too.
Take my advise, use the money to take additional english classes. It will be more beneficial to you in the long run.

Could you kindly tell us what remedies you'll seek from a court of law and for what specific infraction against you or whomever you'd represent? Please educate us and show that your lawsuit would not be summarily thrown out as frivolous and an attempt to get cheap publicity.

Secondly, public records appear to show that you do not have a law license in any state in the Unites States. If that information is wrong, please tell us the state(s) where you are licensed. If you are not licensed, which law firm will represent you, abi na only you go waka go court without license?
