A typical first class graduate from a collapsed Nigeria university system!! First, your "first class" degree doesn't give you courtroom skills and expertise in procedural law. Some of the best lawyers in Nigeria never made first class. Secondly, advertising the class of your degree in your post doesn't have any relationship with your intended action, except that you just want a feelings of importance which emanates from habitual pride. Thirdly, your understanding of media law is embarrassingly defective and brings to question, your advertised qualifications, knowledge and experience. You don't even have the locus to sue because you haven't been able to establish how you have been personally affected negatively or libel by Sahara reporter. Perperps my Junior brother also made a First class from the same faculty of law in the 2000. So definitely i am not the only one.

I think you should be more concerned about the level of corruption in Nigeria.

It's enough that as a first class graduate(as you claim), you still have to travel all around continents to live your dream. That would have been so possible in your father's land if the economy had not been corroded by the bad people in power.

So, is the content of their messages true? based on facts? if yes, then what is your problem? the interpretation?
Anyhow, I follow Sahara reporters and they always have their facts right when the break a story and that's good enough for me.
Infact, AIT and NTA should learn from SR before they finally die of Actual Information Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).
In real life, an alleged learned person like yourself should know that it is not a crime to express one's opinion provided it's done within the bounds of law - i.e, you just expressed your opinion and i don't think anybody is coming to take you down, and in my humble opinion - you are wrong and don't have a legal grounds to pursue your aim which makes me want to advise you to ask unilorin for a full refund 'cos they must have misinformed you of some basic things.
