jomoh:The part you didn't think of is that the money was withdrawn by the account owner. Can anybody do that too? Who authorized the transfer of the money from both accounts? |

HzRF:Then the Op should have let the REC talk before including APC, EFCC and DSS in his topic. Even if the REC talk, he/she would have to provide evidence that the said person was the one that truly paid into his/her account. If he/she cannot the EFCC should take over. |

Hotstew:Which account owner? The REC or who. Honestly you people need to learn to know how Justice system works. Is it that hard for people to understand. Small time they will be screaming blue murder instead of them to blame their lawyer for building a weak case. |

jomoh:Why are you here confusing yourself? The REC took bribe from the ADC. And the ADC isn't denying it but you are all out that once a photograph isn't taken, the court shd strike it out. How many times has the banks taken your own picture when you go to make deposits? Oh! I forgot, you only deposit between N3000 to N10000. |

neocortex:Yes u ar right,it is clear case of corruption wch shld either be tried by icpc or efcc. Wat am saying is dat, those proofs of lodgement of such amount of cash will not affect d case unless it us clearly proved dat election results were manipulated to favour d respondent |

Hotstew:The REC took bribe? Who confirmed that? The judges in your village? Or your Oracle? Guy you seem to Lack comprehension skills. Maybe you read the article 2 to 3 times. After that you can come again and tell me where the ADC was cross examined for him to deny or accept the allegation it. Or do you think a court is where anyone just talk anyhow. He(ADC) has not being brought for cross examination to determine if he actually made those deposits and from the article, I don't see where it is written that he has been examined. Or maybe the one you read is different from the one on this thread. BTW Mr Oga. There's nothing like Denial or Acceptance in court, it is Evidence that will speak. You saw money in your girlfriends account, deposited in your friends name the next thing you do is to go and confront your friend without proper evidence. First Who's signature is on the teller? Who's hand writing? Did you see your friend enter the bank to make a deposit. As far as am concerned you might as well deposit the money into the bank in your friends name so that you can have enough reason to eliminate your friend and then go ahead to claim the contract money alone |

neocortex:Oga give up on your self. We are talking about the reality here not all those baseless accusations being put up there. Answer these questions in your mind 1. Who's hand writing is on the teller(after being subjected to forensic audit)? 2. Who's signature is on the teller(after being subjected to forensic audit)? 3. Who saw the ADC go into the bank to make the deposit(remember no photographs of depositors were taken)? Tell your PDP lawyer to build a strong case with verifiable evidences. |

Aromas:ur hatred for Easterners has definitely 'dulled' ur brain. To enlighten u, we v two broad divisions in Nig viz d North and D South. U then have d North- East, North Central n North West while down south u v South West , South South n South East( who are d Easterners I guess u were referring). Honestly this REC has nailed himself n will only take a miracle for him to extricate himself from this obvious bribe allegation hence he is a target for assassination cos these politicians are damn too heartless. Coming from an APC state will make us understand dt dubious quest for power cuts across political divides. |
