Thanks Bro. I really appreciate so we should just forget about the whole application? She submitted 3 sponsors though.

Which are Uncle,mother and father.

We have been on fasting and prayer since then.

i never said you should forget the whole application and i assume you are well aware that the vast majority of applications are decided solely on documents submitted without an interview, i was only trying to highlight some questions that may arise as her application is being reviewed because stating someone else as your mother on a form instead of your biological mother (who you claim is sponsoring you) raises a lot of doubt and questions. we all make mistakes and so hopefully a VO who is lenient might just overlook it and not read much meaning to it whilst some might see it otherwise.

Hello,

Congrats to those that have visa already and to those awaiting theirs (have faith). I'm looking for anyone coming to Uni of Alberta this month or in the school already or coming for the fall semester that would want to share an accommodation ( 2 bedroom apartment). I'm a young, nice, & friendly lady looking for a female roommate, I'm a recent masters grad from the school and its a great advantage for you considering the fact you will settle and blend in fast (willing to help). Please and please you must be a responsible female and can clean after yourself, preferably a masters student. contact me by replying to this message.

Thanks bro,I guess I just have to be patient then.its just that my course has only September inintake so till nxt yr or I look for another school that offers the course am interested in

The present trend seem to indicate CIC Accra is prioritising study permit applications for resumption in universities at the moment whilst a lot of college applicants are yet to be decided for now, whichever of the above you may be, i urge you to remain patient still. The worse case scenerio is that if your application is not processed in time for september resumption because of no late resumption in your school, it will be processed for january resumption and you may (or may not ) be asked for an updated admissions letter from your school. Good morning Gud people.... pls assist with my concerns below. I have over 8 yrs working experience in Marketing Management and an Mba degree in Marketing management plus Bsc same field. What are my chances of gettin a canadian visa approved if i apply a 1year certificate program in same field (Business admin - Marketing management) in a canadian university and back it up with a 1year study leave letter from my current employer.
Also, are certificates programs higher than Diploma or pgd? Becos in this case the university's requirement is a graduate degree, unlike in diploma where the requirment is post secondary school degree.
Thanks all.
you should try Express Entry(EE).

Thanks all.

Yes, saw it on kijiji and then googled the address to see other pictures and ads about it. Then contacted the agents

OK cos I also got some good apartments with good walkscore

so which bank do u advise me to stick with GTB or diamond for ATMs withdraw abroad?
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by TheBae: 9:43pm On Aug 09, 2015
I'm would recommend Stanbic and Diamond. They're quite consistent with their rates. Apart from withdrawal limit, there are now $300USD daily limits for online and POS transactions as well so you might want to go with all your cards just so you don't get stranded. If any of your cards is about to expire, just renew it before you go

Nah! Paris isn't for me right now. I am really focused on getting to Canada for my studies.
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by TheBae: 10:05pm On Aug 09, 2015
Yes it will work anyway, all banks say you should notify them just so they won't block any transaction thinking it's fraudulent. The new $300 limit thing is just ridiculous. They're trying every trick to crash the dollar. I'm sure it's just for a while. It's a new CBN directive

I am aware of the FSWP which will cost my family less than $2,000, therefore i do not plan to migrate permanently.
my study program in canada will lift my career fast beyond imagination in my country, thats the basis of investing that much money on my study.

please house; i hope this does not sound arrogant if u are a VO studying a SOP??

did u make reference to ur previous denials in ur SOP
No, I didn't.... Just applied as a new applicant and quoted my UCI number
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by SantohFilz(m): 11:56pm On Aug 09, 2015
TheBae:
Great! So I guess the reason for the denial for second application was solely insufficient funds? Your application is a motivation to other re-firers. It would help if you could give details of the reasons for denial in your first and second applications so people can learn from yours.
Cheers

Okay... In my first application I used my Uncle as a sponsor (never knew of the process then, just applied from wild guess) and I was denied for all reasons (Insufficient fund, travel history, purpose of visit etc) I submitted my LOA, Academic credentials, Birth Certificate, Police Clearance Certificate, Uncle's SOA, reference letter from employer, Letter Of Sponsorship. I waited for 5 months before I got a reply.

For my 2nd application, I used my Mum as my sponsor submitted everything I used in this 3rd application except Her Proof of Business, Land documents. I was denied for Insufficient funds only even after submitting a good SOA with good inflow and outflow of transactions and a very good balance. I found out later on that I didn't prove how the funds came about which I thought led to my refusal (I was right) so I decided to add her Proof of Business documents and Landed properties.

The key was that I had the determination and also fought for what I desired patiently and God so gracious I made it. It has not been easy but God took control.
I would want to use this medium to encourage those that are planning to reapply that we should believe ALL IS WELL and go fight for what we want. God bless all TRV expectant with their TRV IJN. #Peace
