This is just another white elephant

There's already an existing Aba City Mega Mall situated along the Aba-Umuahia Expressway standing adjacent to Aba main park. Don't know if it's another, but mind you, there are no roads in Aba. If they want to help this dilapidated city, THEY should build our roads....
Note: Infrastructural development also helps in bringing investors.
