Nigerian constitution is not based on the bible.
Homosexual is illegal not because god say so
but because our constitution forbids it.
The last time i checked , no jail time is associated
with committing adultery. So quit comparing apple with

No. Consensual sexual acts should not be crimes. There's a difference between a crime and a sin. Sins are the ones in the bible and Koran, while crimes are stuffs you do that harm the other person. Fornication isn't a crime cos it's between two consenting adults. So also should be gayism, lesbianism, masturbation, etc. They're probably sins alright, but should not pass as crimes. Although I sha know that these laws in Nigeria about what is legal and what is illegal don't hold water cos nobody implements them. I mean plenty gay and lesbian couples are doing their thing, and nothing happens.

But yet the percentage of homosexuals in Nigeria is maybe 1%, while the percentage of fornicators and adulterers is at least 60% - which is the bigger problem? grin
