My phone is a tecno l6 Android. I save webpages on my phone but when I try to open them I get this error message "file format not supported". Please who knows how to resolve this problem? Thanks in anticipation.

The memory is inbuilt. I use UC mini. The pages usually open before until I mistakenly clicked something that change the default. I don't know how to undo this. I have bookmarks but with saved pages you can view your documents even if you are offline. Thanks.

Hello, could you let us know what browser are you useing? Or you can try other browsers. If the problem still exists, you can try to restore factory settings, but remenber to back up important files. Thank you!

you use Uc mini
if you haven't still seen it by now. In your Uc mini, go to downloads, when there you'd see the icons up, the first is for presently downloading, 2nd is for downloaded - the third is for Saved stuffs - Click on the third You'd see "back" "Images" "pages" Just click on pages and youu have it all.
