I'm not talking about mentally incapacitated fellas bro, what you failed understand about the DULLARDS is that these guys tend to bleep up or lose their cool during the entire time the exam may run, thereby leading to far more greater blunders, trust me, such chases will be registered(not my prayer though),

last year, someone inquired about COC 2hrs to closure, classify that guy.
