CBN Now Force Us To Keep Money At Home, What Happened To The Cashless Policy? by InglishTeechar(op): 8:40am On Aug 11, 2015
Just reading the recent bombardment of policies from the CBN, from reducing the amount of foreign currencies to be deposited on domiciliary accounts and the rejection of foreign currency deposited via the counter to the introduction of reduced cash withdrawals on ATMs. It won't be long that people will start keeping huge cash at home. We will be forced to prefer cash payment instead of the electronic payment. The CBN spent so much on the campaign of introducing the cashless policy but now seem to be backtracking and sending us back to the cave. Has the CBN lost it completely?

@OP I don't know who/what makes the ÇBN assume that this kind of ridiculous approach will help thÉ naira. I feel that Mr Emefiele is under unreasonable pressure from Buhari. To answer your question, the recent policies of CBN is making some people/investors/businesses to lose confideÑce in the sector. Won't be surprise to see ppl reverting to saving cash at home.

Why does the name Buhari give you so much painhuh

You always make conscious superhuman effort to drag his name into every discuss, no matter how inane or crazy it sounds...

Kindly tell us what kind of pressure Emefiele was under when your hero was treating the foreign reserves like his personal ATM to finance his desperate bid to remain in officehuh?

May God help this your wailings... undecided
