i installed windows 8.1 pro recently, its stuck at showing "choose an option"

i used a usb to upgrade ,i tried reinstalling with a disk but it ends up telling me some things are missing in the file

i completed the installation..... the resolution was low so i installed the video display driver to improve it, after that it restarted to were password is inputted. each time i input the password it goes back to the lock screen. i tried reinstalling the windows with a disk and since then it boots into the choose an option page and automatic repair

Have you tried using the automatic repair? You shld use the automatic repair option that also comes with the cd. If that doesnt work ill advice you to reinstall windows using that first usb you used before.. You should reinstall windows on ur pc by making your usb a bootable device. You can use google to check how to make a usb a bootable device. You can also try using system restore to restore your computer!

very bad sound coming out and .makes hearing music a big problem as the sound keeps coming

Hello my laptop of about 5 month old just refused TURNING ON yesterday after i drained the b3 and it went off by itsef. The only life in it now is dat it shows the charging light and no other light or thing comes up.

Most hp laptops donot have good sounds(as in volumes are not loud enough). Do not turn your volume to the maximum because it could cause speaker grills which cause unpleasant sounds(happens mostly with vlc media player).. Its better to play your sounds on average volume!

I'm going to suggest you attempt to reset
your laptop . Unplug the charger from the
laptop, remove the battery. With the battery
out and the unit unplugged, press and hold
the power button for 30 seconds. Put in your battery and startup your system
Let me know if the laptop gets started

If there is a better free download manager as good or better than IDM please refer as all the ones I have used don't come close to IDM. These beeping sound is caused by ram issues..
Try this: Remove the back of your laptop.. Take out the ram and clean it with a dry cloth then reseat each module on the slot..
Tell me what happens after trying this

Let me give you another angle to the story maybe you may get another solution to it. The Desktop, started giving me loads of updates after trying to log off. I will not have the patient to stay and wait since it is official computer. Then I will shut down by removing the source of electricity. I think the problems begins.

Ohh.. You interrupted the update session
Try using windows repair or using windows recovery to restore your system to an earlier state. Also try the solution i gave you before.

How can I get a window repair?

My elitebook shocks anytime it's on charge. Any way out?
