I guess because you inputed your security pswd incorrectly three times....It also happened to me,buh its simple.Just call their customer sevice on those numbers displayed,am using skye bank master card,I dont know if you are too.It shouldn't take more than 10 mins,they unblocked mine while still on the call[/color][color=#000000]

I know of a girl that initially chose Law and scored 69 which the cut-off was 73, consequently she missed out on the merit list. She didn't even opted for change of course when it came out(reasons best known to her) but was offered Psychology.
Here's your similar issue, she didn't have Biology in her O'level which is a prerequisite for studying Psychology in UI. So during clearance, the "clearing officers" noticed and told her she couldn't be offered that Psychology any longer but would be offered another course. Since she paid acceptance fee of #25k; her admission couldn't be withdrawn but to give her the one that suited her O'level.
End of story: she was offered Pol. Science and currently studying it.
My advice to you is that, just try to make the merit list for law, you will have paid acceptance fee priór to clearance(cos this is the stage the deficient would be noticed) and they would be left with no choice than to offer you any of the Social Sciences courses(especially Psychology, Pol. Science or Sociology). I hope you understood my parabulating(whatever that means).

Yeaaaaa..at last!,I have completed my registration,printed out my receipt,downloaded the sample questions with my MASTERCARD.....For those of you that are experiencing payment error using mastercard its not the card or network that has fault.You have to have at least #7000 in the acct,cuz 2500 must remain in the acct no matter what buh its Still 4500 that will be removed.I guess you guyz that are having payment error with visa card or mastercard has less than 7000 in the acct in which when the 4500 is deducted your remaining acct balance will be less 2500,it also happened to me until I called their C.C and they told me what was going on,I initially had less than 7000,so I had to deposit more money and the registeration went smoothly.And those having blocked account should call the banks mastercard or visa card CC numbers and it will be unblocked for you in a maximuim time of 30 mins after the call.
NOTE:
1.The card you are using must be a current account not savings
2.Master card does not require i-pin but visa card does
3.It would be better if you guyz use mastercard cuz it's easier than visa card {in my own persperctive anyway}

Haa d7,I feel 4 u and 257 in jamb..waec is nt a true test of knowledge..I also had 6 or 7bs n 2 c4..i even had a c4 in bio.I dt bliv it...infact all d exam body in nigeria baffles me,I dt knw hw I scored 48 in utme eng,which reduce my utme score to 272 in jamb.nw waec av shattered did person dream to study law..it is very painful.

just stay put bro, don't let that affect you. Just focus ur mind on d PJ.

Make sure u meet the cut off of ur initial course. If so, they would probably give u another course, when its time for subj combo verification. Coz literature is important for most if not all arts courses
