Please help!!! A friend of mine asked me this same question, that she have 1million naira on hand and have decided to use it build a conducive "Self Contain" for herself. She acquired a land already. Can the 1million used to run everything without any amount added Please She Need your serious Advices,,, Thanks

yes it can build a self contain adequately. as long as she has land but she encounter a little issue with her drains but it can be managed.
