Hey guys I need help. I got this in my o'level result maths B3 english C5 commerce B3 account C5 biology C4 computer B3 government C5 civic edu C5 and economics F9. I want to study business admin and I can still go for public admin. Can I replace my economics with my commerce or I'm I good to go? If no what other course can I go for?

Guys pls answer me. I got this as my o'level result. Maths b3 english c5 civic edu c5 computer b3 commerce b3 account c4 biology c4 government c5 and economics f9. I intead to study business/public admin. Will commerce be accepted in place or economics? Or am I good to go? If no what other course can I study with this result?
