Please help my job is at stake.. Let me give you an overview of what we do in my place of work. We are into rice planting and we usually have a target we meet...recently my boss employed someone from the look of things he is his cousin. This guy don't like working and this is affecting me cos we usually don't make up to target again I tried talking to him and am the one taking the blame .my boss can't fire him and my contract is due for renewal in few months ..Please help I don't know what to do |
