during my own time, mine was held,not all just my two core subject making the result useless.. All thanks i wrote neco but the weac was later released though,,,,,i dnt know for now but there is a high proximity of it release,i think delta state results are not yet released,this is the fouth candidate experincing a held result..,, just maybe but i will advice you get a neco gce form for ur brother..
