All Qsat's servers are one and same. 22 west not stable on all qsat

My dish is here and currently being installed. It is a 4.8m dish (a scary gigantic stuff). Unfortunately I was informed it won't get sky UK because of the high rising building in my location.

Installation is still on. Will upload pictures later today

@Talabanis I want to thank you for your kind gesture in introducing me to the satellite installer. However, I must express my displeasure with the way he handled the job. He is unprofessional and as I write this, he is yet to complete the job. I have paid him 93 percent of the entire fee and I also observed the poor materials he gave to me.

He gave a strong decorder without power cord. He is yet to put the jack on the dish. He is also yet to connect the strong decorder to my bedroom and he also did not recharge the modern he gave to me. I am totally displeased. He informed me that I should pay him some part of the money because the guys he came with are not happy. I have given him 93 percent, should I give him everything without job completion.

I am giving him till the end of this week to complete the job else him and his wife shall not sleep well in Egbeda where he resides and I don't mean using diabolical stuff. I shall give him no rest physically. I want you to inform him and I am not threatening him. I am disappointed and also told my Neighbour never to patronize him.

He is very unprofessional and poorly organized.

I will do my best to intervene in the matter so there will be peace as human relations ought to go beyond the present times. Please let there be peace. We will communicate via email hence forth. Good morning guys, sorry I have not been able to put up pictures. This is as a result of the time lag in completing the installation by the installer. However, the installation was completed yesterday. Sequel to this, I noticed some things

- The HD channels on Sky italia do not open. Is there any particular reason?
- Some HD channels on Canal+ do not open and the installer said I could search the frequency. How do I do that?
- Some of the channels cracks or freezes.

I don't know if my questions sound ridiculous, probably I am a newbie in satellite Tv. I will appreciate sincere answers to my curiosity. Also, I will like to know how much a router/modern cost?

What decoder are you using?
If buying a modem or router, go for the tplink 3020 (N8000 or less) or 3420 model (N12000 or less) and recommended modem is the zte mf90 (N4500) from etisalat

Decorder - Dreambox. Is it good?

Where can I get tis zte mf90 from and how good is it? Currently I am using my spectranet 4g lte for my living room and another router (provided by the installer and I don't know the name) for my bedroom.

Spectranet should be ok. You dont need a router or modem.
Dreambox is good if you know your way around it. The channels may not be showing if you dont have a cccam account to open them on the dreambox

I think I have cccam account just that some HD channels don't show especially on Sky italia, but some Canal HD channels open up. Except the cccam account is half account.

That is true. The best account for hotbird is gshare. Gshare opens about 500 out of the 700 hotbird channels. I will send you the list when I am a little idle.
