I wrote at falculty of science. The english nd gp were nt that bad bt that maths no be here o. The questions were logical and the time could not even compensate for the tough questions. I was logged out automatically cos I wasnt conscious of time. I'm praying for God's favour.

Is there anything that can be done to drastically reduce the rate of runs in our school. Maybe a form of protest. Admission runz even if its little exist in all top Universities. The only difference is that its like it is too much in our school.
Can an open letter do it, since we are in era of open letters.Just thinking aloud though.

I don't think this runz ish can be scrapped totally , especially in an institution like Unilag , almost impossible , that culture of ""I know someone"" has made some ppl lazy .. 5 of my friends gained admission in 2013. in one department , all of them didn't meet the cutoff

Maybe but it ought not to take time like this.Let's see what will happen today or next week if they still insist.

I hope Unilag is not up to anything sha? Post utme scores are released within 24hrs that they are written. Unnecessary delays like this encourages some kinds of manipulations

Anyway, guys should calm down. No amount of upgrading can debar anyone who has worked and prayed hard from gaining entrance.

Typically, every university leaves certain percentages of their admission quota for runs and big-legged people. So, in a dept that has 100 as the maximum, 80 pple are going to be by merit while the rest 20s are by ............... (Fill in d gap)

In my own opinion, I think the result is a little bit late this year cos Unilag wants to do what we call NORMALIZATION/EVALUATION in biometry. Anyway, legs crossed.

they released last year own with aggregate within 24hrs

pipu complaining of Unilag runs ...well Unilag is still little sincere among d top universities we have in this annoying country .... at least if u score very high in jamb and u can score 86% in putme u are in ...but go sch like unilorin that u and ur score need prayer (since d sch use general cutoff mark 50%) that's wen u c someone with 230 and 54% gained admission in merit but u with 260 and 70% still fighting for supplementary list despite u from same state and same course ..., I was a victim..if not that jamb is not meeting up with standard ,d only way to reduce this "who knows who" is for jamb to b fully in charge of admission but bro dibu is only after d selling of form and make money for jamb ...

As long as you make the merit list you have no problem, but any other list lacks transparency

My question. An average course will require a total number of how many candidates?
