I will be spending 4days at Labadi beach hotel, in Ghana to mark my tenth year wedding anniversary. Does any body have info about the quality of service in the hotel and is it really a luxury hotel as claimed and other info i may need as to enjoy my our stay.

La Badi hotel is a 4-star Hotel on Beach road, Accra. We spent our Honeymoon @ La Palms hotel, which share a lot of characteristics with La Badi, their services is excellent as expected but we were turned-off by the dirty beach both hotels share. I gathered that cleaner beaches can be found @ Takoradi. Collect pamphlets from holiday & tour services @ the arrival of the Accra airport.

This is interesting. I guess dirty beaches are synonymous with most west african countries. I av never really been a fan of any west african beach. However, i was thinking that the luxury hotel rate that the hotel charges the mgt should be able to clean up their environment..
To bad.
