pls, can anyone help me out? I just discover that my infinix hot note data collection can not be change to 3G..... each time I try to set the network to 3G, the phone display that android.com as stop working.....

habaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!! infinix no be mumu phone. especially the hot note..... anyway, thanx for the advice .... hope it is software ?

boot to recovery mode and format/wipe data... if you are using custom ROM change back to stock rom

Just do factory reset, it happens to me too

I tried booting to recover, but yet I still can activate the 3g service..... or can you direct me on howbto go about it cos am really not finding it funny oooooo

can share data with my system or frnds..... too boring without those

switch off your phone and switch it back on with the volume + and power button pressed down then navigate to format factory settings

I reset my phone at factory settings and it has been working perfectly since then

Haba! This hasn't got to that,at least ,there should be an immediate action his should take b4 thinking of this.

Simple, I did mine in just 2min, just dial;*#*#4636#*#* then go to phone information, then network selection and click on WCDMA....ND GO BACK TO MOBILE network settings and switch it back to 3g only, nd u are done....
