Look, we are not ready yet to move forward, when we are ready, even a sucking infant will know. In a poor country like ours (if about 70% of citizens are poor, that country is poor, forget oil and so on) Aso Rock and Bicameral legislature are already to big to afford. They are building white elephant projects to impress their international friends.
