Port Harcourt terminal is a mockery of an upgraded terminal, the arrival terminal not existing and no work is going on it, the "finished" departure terminal has no toilet after security so people have to pass thru security several times before boarding to ease themselves, air conditioning not working and already falling apart in less that 3 years.

Do we have a comprehension problem or what? Madam said the rail project money is with China EXIM Bank and payments made to contractors (by the EXIM Bank themselves) based on milestones of the project completed. AND NOT DOMICLED IN MIN OF FINANCE. How do you divert funds that are not with you?

The more reason why Abdusalami's peace committee advice to Buhari is very appropriate, the veracity of such allegations needs to be investigated, parties involved questioned before any public statements on such matters.

Does it not seem far fetched to you, that a Chinese company would be executing a FGN's project and the Federal Ministry of Finance of Nigeria would not have any input as to the disbursement of the funds for which Nigeria will be liable for? Na so person dey take get loans?
