went home on October last year for my sisters traditional marriage and discovered there has been no light for over a month l left and came back for Christmas and found out the situation worsened for 4months before Maria ( Afikpo Chic) paid this same useless phcn 2million naira to fix the light in all communities in afikpo and told them to make sure the light was ready before xmass, this so called NEPA worked in some places and left some which l believe is what that made this light to go down again

seriously this people called phcn don't respect us in afikpo despite what afikpo posses, the education pillar of ebonyi state for that matter, the second largest town full of great peoples

am surprise someone here is still blaming the youth on this action, they should not worry they aren't seen anything yet, let them not fix it before xmass and see what youths that will come home will do

for those of still thinking this youth just woke up and started doing this you are wrong because there is a local court aside the two govt courts there, this court is called OZO ESAA headed by different age grades with retired barristers, doctors, engineers, professors and many other professions ( u can check this)
