My first pregnancy was like that.laid in bed all day sef.only had eating and bathroom breaks.pele.if that is what your body dictates you just have to succumb.it is well.

I got a request for an interview for a much needed job but also I will be commencing a 1 year full time course in the same career path yet I am pregnant.I live on the Island and the job is also on the Island but school is on the mainland.My dilemma is that I need the money for body and school and I don't want to miss classes .

@lovinam thanx for ur words.doc said same thing that it is braxton hicks contraction.the pains are gone today.took paracetamol and everything went back to well.God bless you.

I experienced cramps right from my 2WW till about d 7th week or so.I discovered my cramps wer mostly worsened after eating pineapples/kpekusin so I stopped and it gradually stopped too.I've resumed kpekusin but pineapples are big fat No at this stage
Jst try take lots of fluids and rest.avoid anytin dat will strain d pelvic region.Dooh!

Will they employ you in your condition?. Give you maternity leave and antenatal passes?
They are the determinant in this case.
If you have a good support system, yes you can do it. It will be stressful but in a year it will be done and dusted.

If you dont have a good support system it will be harder. Imagine having deadlines both at work and school and an unshiftable appointment with the paed. But it can still be done.

How strong are you? Some people have the body to bear stress and hardly ever breakdown under stress while some dont.

Will you be able work part time at the new job, is it one that doesnt require you to be on seat, is it shift job so that you can opt for afternoon duty.

Afterall is said and done, if you believe in God, ask Him to show you the right path.

You will be a wife, mother, employee and student. Each on its own has its stress and responsibilities that are tasking and can be frustrating at times. Putting them altogether will be very stressful but it can be done.

Teaching job? Hope u have the energy for it. I know most work places don't give full matternity leave ie if you haven't stayed at least 1 with them. So think deep and ask uestions before u take up the position.

Wow. Didn't know pineapple induces ovulation.I've always known it softens d uterus in prep for implantation of d embryo after Ov hence its risk in pregnancy too

Teamie, I had no signs too except increased BH but LO came at 39+6.
Just try and take your Mind off it. You have 10days to go and trust me it's going to be the longest.
I suggest you make a list of activities for each day aside walking and kpekusing
Go see a movie, visit that your friend..anything to fill your day.
