Each time I get to this particular spot in Rukpoku, I do wonder why a reasonable person in a position of authority like governor would want to subject his self to trouble of the hold up usually generated here, knowing fully well that Port Harcourt Airport have no any viable route now other than this Rukpoku road
I was pleased to see repairs going on yesterday on the road, even though we went through lot of stress to pass as vehicles had to manage the single lane, we are sure of relief at the end.
I pass through the repaired road today coming to Bayelsa through big Elele without any experience of hold up, unfortunately my battery was down to take any picture. I am very sure residents of Rukpoku will go for Thanksgiving
