If you want lollipop and you are rooted and on kitkat, get the 730 lollipop update and flash with sp flash tools making sure you click "firmware upgrade". After this you can do OTA update to 813 official lollipop. Nothing will go wrong. Plus the upgrade from a rooted kitkat will totally erase all the system and after ward you are back on stock recovery with lollipop. like I said, I did it. And the official 813 OTA UPDATE is stable and not filled with bugs.

I already downloaded d rom so if i go to carl care they will just help me flash that rom cause i need this stuff and how much is ihot note screen

They are the same thing... since they'll both give same result. I guess the upgrade from 730 is mainly for those of us that tested it. If you are coming up from kitkat, go straight to the 814 upgrade.

just copy out all important data to memory card or pc
multimedia files
data files for your games and apks. you can back up your apps via esfile explorer.
