My preference for Copyscape over smallseotools is based on the quality of the checks I noticed. If Copyscape detects any plagiarism, and you check the sources it detected, you will see that the detected contents match the topic you are writing on.
But if you check the flagged contents on smallseotools, you will find that most of the time, the sources where it flags the similarities are of different topics from what you are writing on. You may have written on football for example, but it will flag similarities from auto websites, hotels, poems, just because you used common words. It just seems as if smallseotools is programmed to detect plagiarism always.

wow!! thanks for the detailed explanation. will surely upgrade soon though my clients have never requested for a rewrite despite me not checking for plagiarism. maybe it's cos i read widely on the topic and pour out all the words from my head when typing.

Getting my freelancer card has been a big wahala. I dont even know how many times i have to request for yet another one. Seems i have to use dhl. How easy is it to get a PO Box?

I dont know if I'm the only person experiencing this. For the past two days, Freelancer.com website have been fluctuating on my laptop. It hardly loads completely leaving out important areas. It doesnt allow me to bid, request milestone and conduct important operations on my account. I have tried different browsers but same issues occur. A message always pop up whenever this occur telling me that firewall has blocked some content on the page due to poor encryption from freelancer. When i disabled firewall, same thing still happened. Have reported to the customer service, they created a ticket but its making me lose bids and money.

Hello house, I got banned while trying to advice peeps on some Pakistani guys who asked me to pay as high as $80 for some data entry software. I had mentioned their website. They had placed a project for virtual assistant. Immediately I bid on d project, they asked me to do one typing test n send d screen shot n later asked me to pay. As a ja'boi, I no pay shishi. Told them to pay for d software that I will return d money with interest, na so them say make I F**k off. Just want to advice peeps not to pay anybody on FL.

When you get awarded a new project, try as much as possible not to be too excited, because when you get too excited, you wont be able to think things through thoroughly. Lose the WOW! feeling and you would make less mistakes. Before accepting any job, make sure you discuss and understand all the terms and conditions, and lastly, I have never met a straightforward Indian on freelancer, all the Indians I've had dealings with were always looking to take advantage of me, and some of them succeeded. I dont work for Indians anymore and I would advice you to think really hard before working for them too.
