What has Kano got to do with opening of dam in Cameroon? Is Kano within the River Benue basin? It's only states that border the River Benue and the lower Niger that will be affected by the opening of dam in Cameroon.

He used the money to fund his $1 billion school in Niger REPUBLIC while Kano children continue roaming the streets and some President Buhari come here to still praise him!

That is even small,Just come to areas such as Darmanawa,Ringi ,jan bulo and Wailari gari and some areas @Naibawa in kano you will think that those areas are Lagoons.
