Caitlyn Jenner is being sued for misdemeanor and
manslaughter.

The reality television star was involved in an
accident, which claimed the life of Kimberly Howe,
who was driving when Caitlyn Jenner’s SUV hit her
pushing Howe’s Lexus jeep to an incoming vehicle.
Kimberly Howe died shortly after the collision.

The popular transgender released a statement after the accident, “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. “It is a devastating tragedy, and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them.”

Two of Howe’s stepchildren, furthered the case by
suing Jenner.

According to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s
detective, “Jenner’s case is going to go to the
district attorney next week to see if it is worthy of a
misdemeanor violation for involuntary
manslaughter,” Det. Richard Curry said.
