Yobe Governor Gaidam gave out 100's of Hilux vehicles to the army, police and others.

Nice one. I think the northern Governors are no longer sleeping.

Well I pray by next year all this hilux would still be in use.

Because In Abeokuta where amosun presides as the Number 1 citizen.

All hilux and amoured tanks provided 2 years back were no where to be found.

Shouldn't Military Vehicles be custom built? These Govt's should stop buying brand new vehicles for military operations, after a year or two you wouldn't like the sight of the vehicles. Instead of 100 Hilux, buy 10 proper military hardware with probably same budget. It will be more economical in the long run. Police officers be destroying these Hilux vehicles like toys.
