It's easy to save. Before 'saving', edit the name of picture by adding .jpg to the end of the name of the picture. Then save. Enjoy.

I also face the same challenge. I guess you're using Android. Go to "file manager" and search for the file your downloads are saved. Look for the picture there and add .jpg to the name.
