The DSVRT is a waste. The matter was reported....the victims were found with their injuries, the man arrested.... the victims should have denied the incident at that point. After that there it is not necessary for the victims to testify.... and the victims have no power to stop the charges from going through.....it is then the DSVRT against the pastor. If the wife now claimed it was an accident....then the police should have demand she produce evidence...date, location and time of the accident...vehicles involved...persons involved and where victims were treated. If she can't provide that info then she should be charged for making false statements.

The police should do a thorough investigation as to how the wife and sons sustained the injuries on them.
The wife and and the sons, if found to have aided a criminal by tampering or failing to report issues as it is should be charged for hindering police in carrying out their duties or for given false information to the police.

Moreover, does the man have licence to maintain a mental home?

I believe the police if they have not being compromised through grants have a lot of avenue to bring the man to book.

The man is a threat to peace in the society and how the case is handled will determine whether those towing the same part will learn or continue in their devilish and anti-social life style.
