Most comedians joke about this yet it is absolutely reasonable and acceptable in most circumstances.

1) Most of the new age cameras are not hand held.Some large churches use powerful cameras fixed at certain positions that can capture any angle and the other work is done by IT personeels in the IT room.In such situations. Church activities and anointing service are not covered by Cameramen.

2) Getting the anointing and holy spirit depends on faith and readiness to receive.Most of the believers and Church members are fully ready for the impartation and full of faith.The Cameraman is not ready to receive the holyspirit at dat moment as he is busy with another God's work.What you believe and have faith in will work for you.

3) God is not a God of Confusion.He will not Cause anointing to flow into the camera man to the extent of falling because the camera man is also doing A major aspect of God's work by Recording the service.

4) Most of these church workers already have earlier Spiritual impartation before the main service. They have probably fallen and Cried during that period before attending to God's work through capturing church service.Thus,they have already had their inpartation.

thus ,it is not hypocrisy or fake miracles that do not make camera men Fall during anointing service.
