adeoladele:You seem to be constructing a web of fraud to attempt to get a visiting visa. First all this deception will backfire on you and you could end up with a very long ban. You seem to be doing this because you do not have sufficient funds. I am sorry but the answer is to wait and build up your monet untill you have enough for an honest application. |

adeoladele:That looks very desperate and suspicious, an oil company ready to sponsor an employee for a holiday with its bank statement and letter from HR? Please don't get your knickers in a twist, if your boss wants to help you then let him sponsor you for a conference in area of your work. Keep your holiday arrangement away from your company's documents. |

Worry359, i salute your experienced, not that i want to commit fraud or my oga want to, i work in a good company here and my salary is averagely ok aside i have a wife and a child i just wish to visit so call country Uk just to be out country, u get it right i dont have enof money in my account that is the main issue. already i have a brother friend that is ready to send me invitation letter, house agreement, and i guess his payslip as well. will they be ok if i build it up to 500k? if i ask my aunt friend that owns company a to start sending 50k to my salary account for payment of supply of cleaning materials, could that serve as additional income?? sorry for so much question am still new worry359: |

adeoladele:Good to have honest intentions! Invitation is useful but it is only one small step. The visa officer will be most interested in your ties to return home Job, family and property. They will not be happy if you want to empty your bank account for the trip as that gives no reason to return home. |

Hello everyone. I want someone to shed more light on this pls. I am going for Msc and I have made the first payment of tuition fees £7636 and i was issued a CAS. So far I still have to pay the remaining balance of £3817 by January. Now i have N2.5M in my account for my living expense ( I'm still counting for the 28 days) , and someone told me that I must put the N2.5M + £3817 (before printing out the bank statement) . If not my visa will be refused. BTW my course start date is 21 sept, and final enrollment date is 5 oct. I'm so worried and confused, pls how can go about this |

Hello everyone, I recently got a refusal on my UK visa application because of some lump sum of money. I want to re apply immediately and readdress it. I want to ask if I still need another letter of introduction from my company. Thanks. Cc Justwise, Iblaw, OGreene |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by iblaw: 8:24pm On Aug 25, 2015 |
Boldruby:My first refusal last year...when i re-applied two weeks later i submitted all documents used in the first application, i submitted documents to address point of refusal and also submitted new statement of account because the first one was not returned. So if you are re-applying immediately just do back to sender with your initial documents ![]() Best of Luck |

Mubarak39:That is true, the only way to go around it is by paying the remaining fees and get updated CAS |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by justwise(mod): 10:02am On Aug 26, 2015 |
Boldruby:You don't need to |

Mubarak39:do not put the 3817 pounds in your account now. u wil av to wait for anoda xtra 28 days after d deposit den dat might b too late. Wat u should do is to pay your outstanding school fees 3817 to d school. Den tel d school to send an updated CAS dat states u av no fee to pay again. den u are good to go. |

adeoladele:They might not go as far as to "confirm who made the payments", but the challenge is on your company to satisfy the Visa Officer pertaining the reason why they are acting as your sponsor and what they will benefit from sponsoring you. Both you and your company would have to explicitly state who is financially responsible for the occasion: so, i suppose you know the consequences of lying. |

GodnGold:In RED If that is what you really mean then that is not going to happen! There is no visa like that unless you are a highly skilled worker being invited by a UK company. I suggest that you read back in this section to learn a lot more. |

justwise:Hi JW thank you I think I have a little OCD Just a quick one, the document called "guide to supporting documents-settlement" asks for supporting financial documents from both applicant and also from sponsor, I'm aware I will have to send mine to Sheffield, does my husband need a copy of all my documents to submit when he applies for his visa or is it just his own bank statements and payslips they are specifying? kind regards, Karen |
