I changed my 2000 camry brake pads last week and since then, have noticed the car vibrates when I apply the brake while on top speed say 70/80 km/hr
This is a fresh development. Is d pad fake or what's d problem

Brake discs are the usual suspect

A lot could cause vibration. Ranging from Alignment to brake pads to tyres, bushings, your entire suspension and its allies has to be checked

Brake pad could be fake. Any sound accompanied with the breaking.

I rember d mechanic noted d breakpad is completed worn out. So my question is if pad is not changed early, can it damage d break disc?

mine makes a cutting sound when I am on bad roads and I match it suddenly. its giving me cause for concern.

If its given you so much concern, you would have it checked and have your brakes serviced.
NB: Driving a vehicle with faulty or defective braking system is like giving a 3 year old an engaged AK47 and simply hoping, the child missses all targets !!!!!

How do u mean by "a blow sound" ...?

If its what I'm thinking, then u shld find Gazzuzz (08023251039) in lagos for brake disc resurfacing and brake pad replacement.

it sounds as if wen one hit something and makes a loud sound,pls do u have any bmw expert sir. Thanks

it sounds klonk...klonk when the brakes are applied? It's a very common issue with BMW.. The lower control arm bushings are gone.. Remove the tyre.. U will see a metallic arc.. With three points.. One end at the base of the wheel hub the center point attaches to the chassis body and the third ends in a bushing.. that bushing is probably gone and the metal end hits the body when the brake is applied..wriggle it.. If u got free movement. . Change the bushing.. for both arms.. It's about 2k toks each.
