Lollipop uses H symbol for both HSPA (H) and HSPA+ (H+).

Infinix Hot 2 is a 3G phone (no 3.5G), it's clearly stated in the specifications.

Depending on the OEM implentation, the OEM may choose to implement in such a way that it always displays 3G, whether it's on 3.5, 3.75 or 3.9G. Though ISPs can choose to override such implemtations. Nigerian ISPs don't override it.

For instance, my BB Z30 displays H+ on EE and other networks in the UK, but back here, it only displays H. I mean without the +. This, you can confirm with anyone with BB 10 in Nigeria.
