It was probably outside of the complex or at worst, in the hallway. Still doesn't justify abuse by policemen.

The guy is a complete idiot. I saw him with body-guards at the Ikeja mall yesterday and I knew, with the way he was behaving he would run into trouble. He rolled in on his drift board into one of the bank almost colliding with some at the entrance. The bank's security guy was trying to caution him. He insulted the guy calling him an illitrate all sort of unprinted names.
