Guys new update

Please guys, I just got this phone and I have been unable to upgrade it.the firrst time I attempted upgrading it said some root files were found. I called the seller and he said the phone isn't rooted. Since then Anytime I try to install new upgrade afTer downloading the system update over wifi, It reboots then tells me upgrade failed.

Again I keep getting the below picture even after closing them severally.
What do I do, please help a sister?

its a malware.. Same thing happened to my hot note and its difficult to remove.. All I know is flashing a new ROM will remove it

I have been unable to hack it to use glo bis. The iMei refused to change. How do I flash the ROM please

Strange... I use GLO BIS on mine... Meanwhile... Did u buy the phone with lollipop OS already on it... Or u changed it urself

no, I bought it that way. Neither have I been able to upgrade it to the lollipop OS

I think the official version was the 730 version..these subsequent versions are the officiAl + xui betas..maybe the final ota will be out when there will be an official version + xui final

I mean from 4.directly to 5.1 through OTA with out flashing the the rom

I have better RAM management. So far. I haven't noticed any bugs to complain about.

If anyone tell you to stay with the 730, well I wonder y and then you too that downloaded a new update read the features about it and remember this isn't a custom rom... Its stock... Follow come... Well bro..dats because ive heard some people complaining abt the 828 version in terms of the soft keys configuration and other ish...so i'm kinda conservative...The soft key ish is the only bug with the 828 tho...Looks like I'm gon stick with 730 till another bugless build is out

That's the major bug with the 813 update. And i really hate it.
The 730 version didn't have this issue.
I prefer the unskinned version. I'm gonna flash the 730 again.
