If you are to place your bet before 7am, it must either be quoted by
(i) one of the moderators
(ii) your opponent(s)

The reason why this is so is because nairaland doesn't have modification features, if you drop and later modify it, we wont know, that is the essence of the quoting.

By mid night, everyone would/might have gone offline, that is why is advisable to drop your tips before 2300GMT so participants can quote it.

You can drop an event that would be played by 0300 or 0600 before 2300.
