good, if she was kidnapped, the husband'll sell their produce+land to rescue her

idotazz!

So, kidnapping has become part of our culture? Why can't someone live his/her life freely without all these threats of kidnapping or assassination?

............,.............

Benue is in the midlebelt (North Central ) not south east or south south where kidnapping is a culture if anyone try kidnaping her that could attract summary trial with very high consequence !

With the scraggly looking crops I am seeing here, it would take all the land(extensification) in Benue to feed the people. Modern intensive farming in Nigeria is the only way out of hunger and poverty

You are foolish. Wait until she is brutally abducted and killed by TIV or Fulani murders and counter murderers. Olodo.

Keep it up madam and let those recalcitrant, me, myself and i people learn that there is dignity and humility in service to humanity and not opression and showy display of stolen people's wealth. God blessing be upon you plentiful.

Welcome to true governance! Truly, leadership must depart from unnecessary flamboyance and temptation to use office to amass wealth. Untill those in government became and act as one of us, the masses, there will be no social progress. Until now, democracy has been grossly abused. Government by real people's reps for the people and by the people must be restored. The prime qualifications for representing the people in public capacity must be passions to serve. borne from true love to improve society and possession of requisite knowledge to do so.

BenueBlog:
Benue’s youngest commissioner, Barr Mrs Mwuese Mnyim has demonstrated her down to earth nature as she was pictured working on the farm.

The pictures which were shared by her grateful husband showed the Commissioner for women affairs and social development, getting down to her domestic responsibilities despite her new status and tight schedule.

This sure is an example to all women and has demonstrated the new approach to governance as canvassed by the Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom who has constantly reminded government appointees to shun flamboyant lifestyle and all tendencies to amass wealth.

Barr Mwuese Mnyim is just 31 years. Until her appointment, she was a lecturer with the Faculty of Law, Benue State University, Makurdi.

One thing about the northerners is that no matter their career, you will always see them in the farm

Simple truth is that most people from Benue State, Tiv people, in particular, have farms no matter their profession. It is a cultural thing. All the same, I commend this woman for being a true 'daughter of the soil'.
