You should have mopped it dry and put it under hot sun for hours. I've heard about putting batteries in rice for sometime, Op should try that also |

eme1n:Garri or rice? The method I know of, involves rice. remove the phone battery and place the phone in a bag of rice for 24hrs to have all the water sucked out. |
