Naaa!!! there was nothing friendly about their offer. To me it's not an agric bank cos u start paying back immediately every 3months and even @14% plus u must have a structure on a land with C of O if not, then na 250k. So where is the one digit interest stuff and what happened to the 6months gap at least make ur product grow or mature, so if take it for cassava, then I'm dead. Moreover they failled to see I'm just a small boy trying to survive, where the hell am I going to get a land with C of O which takes years to get and even erect a structure on it. Broda I just turned back and forgot all about loan, I'll go on my small pace

14% is a good lending rate ooo. Other loans are as high as 27% However, i dont encourage taking loan for staters. Loan are best used when u have gained the market and want to expand.

But the 3months moratorium makes the loan only for poultry, vegetables and other products that can mature in 2months so that you can pay on the 3rd month after sales.

The 14% is good if it's coming from a normal bank but the BOI and BOA where giving funds to support industrial n agricultural biz at a one digit figure meaning 9-1% so where the extra 5 comot from?
