But that picture I posted is possible by working out and eating right. You just gotta squat baby wink grin ,do strength and ab exercises but I haaaate those two kinds of exercising so I don't know o embarassed .

I was almost like that pre children ( I saw one of my uni pictures recently and the waist was like that even with the ikebe embarassed). But my longer throat no gree me cheesy cheesy because me sef I know that it's not only the children that caused my weight gain make I no lie on the poor pikins cheesy All the almond croissant, pan au du chocolate, Pizza Hut,dodo and jollof rice get wetin e dey do for body. grin

I know someone with 3 kids with that kind of figure. I know genes and childbirth are big factors sha and there is no perfect body shape.

It's not easy jare and sometimes you just think wo as long as the body is functioning properly ojare, one should just thank God.The ultimate goal as always should be about being healthy and fit and a banging body is just an added extra.

Me ke? babe 3 is in another category o.

I still fall o esp at the weekends(still ate meat pie on Saturday grin embarassed) but I am getting so used to eating healthy that it's becoming second nature. Even my pikins don dey catch the bug. They have started eating brown bread without cajoling and on Saturday they ate oat/whole wheat pancakes with no moaning shocked I thought I would have to chuck in the bin and make a new batch with white flour.

Lucky you. Keep it up. I still eat my palm oil. The aecret is warm water and lemon immediately after eating it. Works like magic

I followed this recipe from simplyrecipes.com.
Exactly. Step by step.
Only difference is that I added dried raisins and a pinch of pure grated nutmeg to mine.

I used two bananas and 2/3 cups of sugar instead of a whole cup of cup.
It wasn't overly sweet. Just right.
But you can add the whole cup of you like it sweeter.
Banana Bread Recipe
Prep time: 10 minutesCook time: 1 hourYield: Makes one loaf
No need for a mixer for this recipe! Clean-up is easy too, if you want, you can mix everything in one bowl.
The best bananas to use for banana bread are those that are over-ripe. The yellow peels should be at least half browned, and the bananas inside squishy and browning.

Ingredients
2-3 very ripe bananas, peeled
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup of sugar (can easily use 3/4 cup, or drop it down to 1/2 cup if you want it less sweet)
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour


Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and butter a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes (check at 50 minutes) at 350°F (175°C), or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool completely on a rack. Remove the banana bread from the pan. Slice and serve. (A bread knife helps to make slices that aren't crumbly.)

There are a number of women with this shape (with/without kids)

Problem is you might never see them on bikinis or in tight fitting clothes to show them off...

My aunt after 6 pregnancies and in her 60s still had a relatively flat tummy (I am sure she has not heard the word 'workout' before) before she did fibroid surgery.

A gathering of wives in church yields some fit women (If you look at them past the drab dressing).
