Foolish people defending apc for no good reason.

The campaign promises of APC was well debated on this forum and elsewhere. Even on TV, we were told the meal per day promise was already being implemented in Osun state.

They told us that the power road map of GEJ was wrong, that Lagos state already had mini power plants and that was going to be the model for the federal government of APC. ( that's why I say credit to GEJ for any improvement in power because APC government have not done what they told us)

I feel really disgusted when I read this kind of argument. It lacks logic and defies any rationality.
Buhari was voted on the mantra of change. Change, change and change was all APC shouted throughout their campaign period.
Now my question is: 'What is CHANGE?' Change is deviation from the norm, a stepping away from what used to be to a new way of doing thing. Wikipedia defines it as a process of becoming different.
If these are definitions of change, how then is it that anytime argument about Buhari comes up, his hypocritical supporters always feel it is proper to remind us of how PDP used to do the same thing? Was it not because PDP used to behave that way they were voted out and APC voted to replace them? Is it not the promise of APC to do things differently that made Nigerians voted them? If APC will continue the PDP's way, why then did Nigerians not maintain PDP in power?
What the likes of you don't know is that the first step in knowing whether a person is credible or not is by assessing how well he tries to fulfil his promise. People keep claiming Buhari has integrity, do you have integrity and blatantly renege on your promise? Oh!, some want to tell me he didn't make those promises but I ask: why didn't he come out to refute them before election? Why wait till 100 days in office, the time he knows will be the first yardstick to judge his effectiveness as a President?
Honestly, I believe that in some few years away from now, these people would not have recovered any loot and at that time like it was in the days of obasanjo they will push the responsibility of proving that politicians embezzled money back on the populace. Then they will come back and tell their supporters like they are doing now that they never promised to recover any loot. They will tell us anyone that has proofs that so, so and so stole money should come forward with the proofs. That was what Obasanjo did in his days whenever he was told to probe certain people and with Buhari maintaining status-quo, I see him do the same. APC are just bunch of liars and the irony of lying is that a liar is always caught in a vicious cycle of lies. A liar keeps needing to tell more lies to cover the previous lies.
Unfortunately when Buhari comes around to tell us more lies, people like you will still be there hailing him to high heaven, telling us he doesn't lie because he is Jesus Christ. Why? Because you hold him like God and believes he can't go wrong and should never be questioned. It's quite sad, there is so much sycophancy in our land. It is the first and leading killer of our leaders. Bootlickers and liars everywhere surrounded them and make them feel like demigods. Buhari however is human, he has blood flowing in his veins, and can do what other leaders before him did and fail. The earlier people are allowed to hold him accountable to his promises (the ones he made directly himself and the ones he made by association) the better for this country. Else we go down the lane of previous administration.
